He has supervised, managed, opened, and owned over 30 restaurants, entertainment venues and lodging facilities in 9 different cities across the globe.
His extensive international experience is indicative of his excellence and competence in the implementation of productivity and cost improvement strategies, improving guests’ experiences, enhancing organizational performance, and bringing new and creative ideas to the industry.

His expertise and competence include development of sustainable hospitality concepts, décor refurbishments, equipment sourcing and purchasing, kitchen and dining areas design.
Prior to moving to Asia and building his reputation in Bali, Singapore and Hong Kong, Mr. Gavina has worked for 10 years with 3 internationally recognized groups in the United States, including Bice Internationaland Da Silvano in the West Village, New York.
