New openings in Discovery Bay, Lantau Island, Hong Kong

Following the successful reopening of 3 "Il Bel Paese" deli shops and restaurants in Hong Kong Island, Dining Vision is assisting Il Bel Pease Group in the remodelling and the concept development of 3 more units in Discovery Bay, Lantau Island. After a 30 days long renovation project,

The "RISTORANTE ITALIANO" will showcase new indoor furniture, a walk-in wine cellar, a new high tech kitchen, an elegant and cozy outdoor area and a repositioning of various elements, giving the interior an impressively refreshing atmosphere. It will incorporate GELATO ITALIANO, a traditional Italian ice cream parlor, while supporting the launch of "ITALIAN EXPRESS" next door, a new and refreshing Grab "N" Go concept.                           

Main focus will be to continually give customers a quality experience, while introducing Il Bel Paese Group, operating since 2001, to a new generation of diners in need of a casual and modern energetic ambiance with strong focus on healthy, home-made, traditional Italian comfort food.

The 3 new brands will operate under the supervision and leadership of Group Operations Manager Gianfranco Razzani and Corporate Chef Omar Agostini
